How do I change my username?

Making changes to your MakiPlace name is easy. Please follow the instructions below to do so.
Login to your account and then click on your avatar in the top right

Once here, select the settings tab

Clicking here should navigate your account settings page. Here you can see other information that you can update such as first name, last name, and display name. Display name is what you’re looking for

After you’ve updated the name to one of your liking, simply screen down and click ‘Save Changes.’ Your username should now be updated.

How to Change Your Display Name
1. Login to your account and then hover to your avatar in the top right
2. Once here, select the "Settings" tab
3. Clicking here should navigate your account settings page. Here you can see other information that you can update such as first name, last name, and display name.
Noted that the Display Name can not be directly edited, so you need to change the First Name or Surname (or both), then click on the "Save Changes" button.
4. Once saved, you will be notified with the green line. Then "Display Name" is what you’re looking for, click on and select your favorite name.
5. After you’ve selected the name to one of your liking, simply screen down and click "Save Changes" Your display name should now be updated.
How to Change Your Username
