How can I refund a customer?
MakiPlace team makes every effort to avoid refunds but sometimes refunds may be necessary and may be applied at our discretion. Some reasons for the refund are as follows:
  • The purchased item is not as described in the description or preview.
  • Shop owner does not support the buyer after purchasing (if committed).
  • The transaction is suspicious or fraudulent.
Please note that customers may issue a dispute with payment gateways of third parties such as PayPal. We have very little control over what we can do in this case. However, we will provide the seller with all necessary information in a clear and transparent manner.
